SpendRing provides tools for tracking daily spending. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

3. Financial Data

SpendRing integrates with Plaid. We do not control financial institutions or guarantee data accuracy.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your financial decisions and for using the app lawfully.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed through Apple. Billing and cancellations are handled by Apple.

6. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpendRing is not liable for financial losses, inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time.
